Society is full of inaccurate and disempowering myths about the aging process, and these false beliefs cause incredible amounts of unnecessary fear, anxiety, and uncertainty about “getting older.” Additionally, the current philosophies and practices of the mainstream fitness industry are outdated, not to mention primarily focused on the younger generations.
High Performance Aging: The Over 50 Exercise Guide to Less Pain, More Energy and a Body You Can Rely On for Life, is a modern, science-based book full of critical “missing information” about how to dramatically improve your physical and mental fitness for as long as possible, without being defeated by unnecessary, premature aging.
